FAQ
  • What is the process for making a reservation?

Contact us for availability as soon as possible with the unit, date, time and location information!  Our bouncers are rented first come first served so the sooner you book the better chance you have of one being available the day of your event.  We recommend booking bouncers 2 to 3 weeks in advance to insure the availability.

Call 254-733-7805 so we may obtain needed information, delivery address, contact phone number etc.

You will receive a reminder "we're on the way tomorrow" call from us the day before your rental date.

We arrive 1 hour early, obtain your signature on the Rental Agreement, accept payment and setup your equipment.

We arrive at the agreed upon time or within 15 minutes afterward, never early, to take down the inflatables.

  •  My party is tomorrow; can I still get a bouncer?

YES, of course this is based on availability.  You can call us anytime, even the day of your party for a bouncer.  Sometimes people cancel at the last minute and sometimes we might just have one available, so GIVE US A CALL .

  • Can the bouncer be set up in a driveway, concrete or pavement?

The preferred area is a smooth grassy area.  However, paved driveways are also acceptable.  Please discuss this when booking so we can make arrangements to properly secure the inflatable.  WE WILL NOT SET UP ON GRAVEL.

  • What is your delivery charge?

We provide FREE delivery, set-up, and breakdown if you are located in our service area.  If you are located out of our service area, you may be charged a delivery fee.  Call us for details.  Your bouncer will be set up and ready prior to your scheduled time.  We come back after your party and take care of the entire breakdown as well.

  • Do I need to provide access to an electrical outlet?

YES, all of our inflatables require a standard 110 three-prong outlet.  The bouncer must be placed within 100 feet of this outlet (we provide the extension cords.)  If it is to be placed in a field or further than 100 feet of an outlet, then you would need to have a generator.  We do not offer generators at this time, but will in the future.

  • I want to have my party at a park is that okay?

YES, but other needs will need to be met before rental, such as:  You will need to contact the park you are planning on having your party and ask permission.  You would also need to make sure that there is power available and that there is a smooth, flat surface with no low hanging tree limbs within 100 feet of the area.  RENTAL TERMS VARY ON PARK RENTALS, PLEASE CALL FOR DETAILS.

  • Do you require a deposit?

NO, our goal at Rockets Inflatables is to keep it very simple.  No hidden charges.  We ask that you have payment ready before we set up the unit.

  • What is your payment policy?

CASH:  Rockets Inflatables preferred method of payment and is due when we arrive to setup your inflatable.

CREDIT CARDS & DEBIT CARDS:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express, no charges are made until the morning of your rental and the cardholder must be present with actual card for an imprint and cardholder signature upon our arrival on the rental date.

CHECKS:  Are accepted when they are local and made out to Rockets Inflatables.

  • What if it is raining on the day of my event?

We monitor the forecast closely.  If the forecast calls for rain, we will call you prior to your rental time to decide on any options.  SAFETY IS FIRST!  We cannot setup or operate in rain, high winds (exceeding 15 mph) or lightening storms.  These conditions will prevent Rockets Inflatables from setting up and your party will be cancelled or rescheduled.

  •  Can you set up inside?

The units are typically 15" high.  A gymnasium is the only alternative location.

  •  How many children will the bounce house hold?

SAFETY IS FIRST!  It is recommended that you group the children by age groups and size accordingly.

  • Will the bounce unit harm my lawn?

Rockets Inflatables cannot guarantee that the inflatables will not have an adverse affect on your lawn.  Due to the weight of the inflatables and depending on the length of time the inflatable is in use, flattened grass is common but not permanent.  During the heat of the summer, it is not uncommon to see burned blades of grass a few days after the inflatable has been removed.  The grass typically recovers within a week or so.  We will use a tarp, when applicable, that will protect the grass from permanent damage due to the shifting motion of the inflatables.  The water sides will create small mud puddles at the entrance and exits.  Rockets Inflatables is not responsible for any damage done to your lawn.

  • How long does it take to set up a bounce unit?

Depending on the unit, 20 - 30 minutes.
